Established in 2022, Wardwizard Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering positive and sustainable change within Vadodara and its surrounding regions. The foundation undertakes holistic initiatives across a spectrum of crucial areas, including Education, Healthcare, Disaster Response, Women Empowerment, Skill Development, and Livelihood Improvement, all with the overarching goal of uplifting communities. Demonstrating its commitment to social impact, the Foundation operates three key programs: “Samarth Nari,” focused on empowering economically vulnerable women; “Annapurna,” which provides affordable and nutritious meals to those in need; and “Amrut Aarogya,” dedicated to promoting health awareness and ensuring access to healthcare. Furthermore, the Foundation is actively involved in the field of Education through its recently launched “Career Development Academy,” known as Samvardhanam. Wardwizard Foundation’s core mission is to cultivate a more inclusive and compassionate society where the well-being and empowerment of individuals are paramount, ultimately aiming to leave a lasting positive impact on the lives of the people they serve.

Mr. Yatin Gupte is the Chairman & Managing Director of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd., one of India’s leading electric vehicle companies. Mr. Gupte holds an Honorary Doctorate in Social Service and an MBA in Insurance & Risk Management. Dr. Jigar Inamdar
Advisor to wardwizard Foundation/Samvardhanam
Dr. Jigar Champaklal Inamdar is a socio-political leader, administrator, youth mentor, and a respected scholar who has dedicated his life to education, governance, and nation-building. With degrees in Commerce, Law, Political Science, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration, he has worked across universities, government bodies, and grassroots organizations for over 20 years. He currently serves as Chairman of the Governing Body at Ramanujan College, University of Delhi. Previously, he held key responsibilities with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) under the Ministry of External Affairs and played pivotal leadership roles at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda as Senate and Syndicate Member across multiple terms. He revived Swami Vivekananda Gujarat State Youth Board and established over 15,000 Swami Vivekananda Yuva Kendras across Gujarat. As the founder of Samanvay Pratishthan, he has provided a platform for over 100 social projects by engaging youth in internships as also providing the youth of Gujrat free of cost career guidance, skill development, coaching for UPSC, GPSC and other competitive exams under Samvardhan. Dr Jigar has beed very active in public life since the age of 10 and has ably discharged responsibilities associated with positions ranging from Booth In-charge to State General Secretary, Gujarat State Youth BJP. A proud Swayamsevak of RSS he completed Trutiya Varsh Sangh Shiksha Varg and held district-level responsibilitie. Known for his inspiring journey from student activism to policy advisory roles and mentoring several organisations, Dr. Inamdar continues to lead efforts for a more cognisant and united India.

Samvardhanam is a noble CSR initiative of the Wardwizard Foundation to educate, develop, and ultimately empower the youth through profound exposure to righteous and informed education. The Sanskrit word “Samvardhanam” means Nourishment or Promotion and has been historically used to convey a sense of complete growth, increment, rearing, and thriving. With a similar motto and intention, Samvardhanam, under the umbrella of WardWizard Group (WardWizard Foundation), aims to accomplish that state wherein every youth has undergone complete growth through the light of knowledge, i.e., Saraswati
Samvardhanam offers a comprehensive 1-year coaching program for UPSC and GPSC aspirants, with 100% scholarship for students selected through a merit-based entrance exam. The program includes rigorous classroom sessions, expert guidance from experienced faculty, and high quality study materials. With over 1.3 million UPSC and 2.5 lakh GPSC aspirants annually, the competition is intense. Samvardhanam is committed to turning students’ hard work into success through full-time faculty support, mentorship from past aspirants, an open library, and well-equipped classrooms—all in a positive, competitive environment.
Samvardhanam will launch an online job portal that notifies students about job vacancies across various industries. This platform will also facilitate the creation of a job pool by bridging the gap between job seekers and employers. Well-trained interns will be deployed for this venture wherein they will act as torchbearers for the job seekers. The modus operandi of this venture will follow a sequence that will include liaising with industries and asking them to regularly update the job portal with latest job vacancies. The team will also function to enable students to create detailed profiles showcasing their skills, qualifications, and career interests, and implement algorithms to match job seekers with suitable job openings based on their profiles and preferences. The job portal will prove to be a medium between the supply and demand of talent and expertise and ultimately beat the negative employment ratio of youth.
To ensure the effective implementation of these initiatives, Samvardhanam will establish the Office of Career Advancement for Students in all schools, colleges, and universities across Central Gujarat.This office will serve as the central hub for career development and support, offering a range of services designed to help students achieve their academic and professional goals.
